Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years experience with Linux administration
- Experience with OpenStack, VMware, or similar cloud platforms
- Strong knowledge of networking and security protocols
- Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)
Field Technician
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot network equipment at client sites across multiple locations.
Key Requirements:
- Associate degree or technical certification in Networking
- 2+ years field experience in telecom or networking
- Familiarity with fiber optics, cabling, and network hardware
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel
- Strong troubleshooting skills
Network Security Analyst
Monitor, analyze, and respond to security threats across client networks.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field
- 4+ years in network security operations
- Certifications: Security+, CISSP, or similar
- Experience with SIEM tools and threat detection
