JOB DESCRIPTION
AthenaNg Consulting is looking for a qualified Full time Field Technician with excellent communication and technical skills to join our team. The Field Technician is responsible for conducting Site Surveys, Installation/Commissioning/Integration and troubleshooting of Customer Equipment into existing racks. This will include Running and testing of Cat5e/Cat6, Fiber Optics, Power and grounding cabling. Must be capable in the methods of Cable Lacing , crimping and standard installation practices. Installation and migration of equipment is completed in conjunction with timelines and requirements provided within the projects Scope of Work. Candidate will be required to travel within their local Region with rental car or claim mileage. On some occasions it may be required to fly into a market and work contiguously on a site cluster.
